Hi! I've been making some green smoothies for breakfast/lunch (depending on when I get up). They don't look too great but they taste ok, for the most part ;).
2 handfuls of Kale,
1 banana,
2 satsumas, or a pear
fill halfway covering veggies/fruit with vanilla almond milk
Blend in blender until smooth, fill glass. Fills about 2 glasses.
I also got onto a Couch-to-5K program with a printout. (I didn't want to pay the $4 for the iPhone app so I just set the timer and put on the music and go for the run/walk as directed) Ran for 7 minutes today!
